Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every order. Because we supply medicinal products, returns follow strict safety rules.
Return window
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging with the batch number and expiry date intact.
Damaged, incorrect or short-supplied orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or is short-supplied, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Non-returnable items
For patient safety, opened or partially used medicines, cold-chain products and items without their original packaging cannot be accepted for return.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, to the original payment method. Bank settlement times may add a few additional days.
